I have had a relaxer since I was 12 years old I am now 57. I am approaching 1 year of the transitioning process. I accepted that I had a bad grain of hair because of what I have been told all of my life. Boy they were wrong. The hair growing out of my head is fantastic. Your video had some really good tips to help me to continue through this process. Thank you.

I'm transitioning and I've never been this confused. Washing takes up the entire day, detangling takes hours. My patience is running out😞

I cut off all my relaxed hair today and so freaking happy about it lol it was really working my nerves, having two hair textures and my hair wasn't looking right.

I Did the big chop a month ago! My hair is 3b curls and I transitioned for ALMOST 2 years!!!! I couldn’t handle really short hair bec I am not allowed to- ( I am 14 ) NO REGRETS AT it’s the BEST thing I have ever made in my life and I wish I did it earlier than It’s layered shoulder length like it grew out<3, IF U ARE THINKING TO BIG CHOP DO IT ITS WORTH IT AND UR HAIR WILL GROW BACK💞

I just found this channel. I got a huge chop few days ago, felt it was out of impulsive behavior, but also feeling that it was brave of me to do it and for the best. This channel is so cute, I feel like I've forgotten everything I knew about maintaining healthy curls. I hope to learn more from your channel 💕✨

Thanks so much, I've been transitioning for a year... I'm thankful for the pandemic as it allowed me to learn my hair more and actually learn how to do twists.
Ngl, it has been hard but I'm hoping to get it trimmed soon.

Hi, new subscribers!! I love your videos.
I’ve been transitioning my hair for about 13/14 months and I’m dealing with the rollercoaster of it all. The blending of both textures to be exact. The Jamaican black castor oil is a godsend honestly. I also do the rice water treatment and getting my hair braided up. That’s been helping me.
