Making the Perfect Vintage inspired Dress #shorts

I LOVED my time at the vintage store ( then it was called The Pink Door Boutique.) I was in such a low place when I was eliminated from Project runway season nine, and this job made my world so much easier and exciting. Thankfully I got the opportunity to compete again on season 10 and redeem myself, but I’m grateful for the creativity this little shop, and it’s wonderful owner gave me!

This is such an easy dress to make ( especially without the sleeves and godets at the bottom!) this is a great beginner pattern! Also, there are a lot of beginner tutorials and 2 previous months patterns included with the top tier pledge!

I'm 82, when my children were in elementary school I always designed there Haloween costumes. They loved entering the costume contest. I just made simple outfits, nothing to fancy. They both won a few times. To this day both in there 50's now, still bring up how much fun I always made there Halloweéns. I love sitting back and watching your creations come alive. Your a rock star.❤😊
