80s Beats: Some famous LinnDrum/LM-1 patterns (Flstudio)

I intend to make a series on 80s drum machines, starting with the LinnDrum.

What the heck, it's just the beats and YouTube is already giving me copyright warnings.

Some notes:
- On "Let's hear it for the boy", few samples from TR-808 and a synth snare from Simmons SDS 3 were used;
- On "Don't lose my number", Phil Collins used real toms instead of LinnDrum toms;
- On "You spin me round", the original track had samples from various other drum machines and used a Linn 9000 just to trigger them;
- On "Thriller", the kick, cow bell and snare are from LM-1. Congas and Hi-Hat are from LinnDrum, and the clap is from TR-808;
- "When Doves Cry" is entirely made on LM-1.

The LinnDrum snare drum was heard in the song "Peek-a-Boo" (1982).

omg, the billy idol one. When it came on, i thought "Super Mario 3, underground!" Had never heard the billy idol track until today and can clearly hear this was influential. And also just a great track - love that reverb.

The Oberheim DMX was heard in the song "Maniac".

This is good. 1:53 The only part of the drum track that was linn was the kick and hi-hat. the clap was Oberheim DMX, the cowbell was Fairlight cmi IIX and idk about the snare was also Fairlight CMI IIX.
