Food that's been frozen for God knows how long only to be fried in oil for God knows how old will never compare in taste, nourishment and comfort to the fresh Cassava, Taro Leaves, Lemons, Chillies and Fish harvested straight from our own gardens and waters and cooked on the very same day.
