Hi, Scott and subscribers/viewers. One dilemma with technology is that, now, we have so many options. Which is not bad at all. In my case, let's say I choose Google Keep and Simplenote as my note-taking apps, how do I use them separately?

Same with cloud storage/services. Let's say you have Google Drive and Dropbox (and so many more), where do you put your files and how do you manage your files?

Re: trying new apps - I was just thinking earlier about whether I was more productive (and happier) when I just had MS Office as 'apps' to use for work. 🤔 20+ years ago, there weren't so many systems and apps to try and dabble with and so little time was wasted faffing about on trying out the new shiny app on the block. Us productivity nerds are overwhelmed with choice these days...and I would put money on that productivity has dipped as a result.

I live in Israel - which means I will not always be able to join live - but I will follow and watch the recordings. Thank you for this video. I have a question. I recently purchased a 12 inch ring light from Best Buy. I love it! One glitch. How do I deal with the USB? I purchased an extension cord with USB ports. After about 20 minutes, it was super hot! I tried a different one and the same thing happened. I went to Lowe’s and got a wall unit with a 4.8amp port. Sigh. After about 40 minutes, it’s warm. Not super hot, but definitely warm.
I do workshops and conferences. I need to be able to this light for hours at a time without it getting the slightest bit warm. Can you recommend something I can use for the USB where it won’t be overheating?
Honestly, I don’t think the light is defective. I’m just not using the right thing.
