That looks like it will be 5 to 10 years away, and we will never see it out, just by how ambitious the mechanics look, they would have to either compromise on the art department, so that you can have multiple maps and enemies buffered and ready to load so that you can transition seemingly between eras, or take an L and disappointing people with performance issues like how The Medium did

Is it bad I wish there was a non medieval or ancient ancestor in the gameplay? Like maybe a WW1 Harlem hellfighter who is making a last stand against German soldiers or someone fighting in the Civil War.
