I've eaten green ones and I've got IBS and the only thing that happened to me was that my stomach felt a little funny but then again they weren't THAT green as some of the ones you showed.

I wouldn't call them "poisonous". Solanines (the green stuff) might give you some GI irritation if you eat an entire 2 pounds of green potatoes without skinning and cooking them, but that's it.

Green potatoes aren't poisonous per se. They contain a substance that can be poisonous if you eat massive quantities. Like a normal portion wouldn't poison you. Also most "green" potatoes are only green on the surface and thus they are not very dangerous. Heard that from both local potatoe farmers and food scientist.
