OK, let's try to debunk these 5 points:

5) Says who? The Wii was underpowered compared to the PS3 and Xbox 360 but it still sold well due to its software library and accessible image. Who's to say the Switch can't do the same?
4) Portables aren't DYING, they're evolving. Mobiles are portable. The Switch is adapting itself to be something that can work at home and away from home.
3) It sells. People love it. Simple as that.
2) These promotional videos avoid touchscreens where they can help it due to editing in the screen image (an issue which occurs from dark lighting conditions, odd angles and timing particular on-screen actions) which is common in promos. I know, I've made some.
1) Yes, battery life could be an issue; but it's FAR too early to say. If you could plug the Switch into a portable battery bank then that will help; but I reckon Nintendo will find a way to get at least 5-6 hours playtime, perhaps even 7 or 8.

So in conclusion. I know you're trying to have an opinion but let's give it at a rest until we get a Nintendo Direct on the matter or at least some leaks from a reliable source. Speculation can only go so far.

The person making these points is obviously not a gamer. Portable gaming will always have a space. Phone gaming has always sucked unless you're a 10 year old. The switch is something completely different from PS4 and Xbox.

5. The Nintendo Switch is powerful, in a different way. The strongest handheld worldwide, plus the potential to be easily upgradeable with more power in the docking station, represented by the Nintendo patent for this. Also overclocking in docking station is a thing, as it doesn't have to safe battery life there. 1080p as a console with 60 fps is enough for every game since 4k is nearly nowhere found at home yet. (and I don't really understand the use of 4k either)
4. It is rumored that the Nintendo Switch can play games and be a fully functional tablet. But you can't say that right now. Another reason Portables were dying is because they were missing the big 3. party support which you would like to play on the go. The Nintendo Switch is the first portable with enough power to play most of 3. party support in handheld mode.
3. Same old stuff? Oh you mean CoD, Battlefield, GTA, FIFA, ...
2. Touch Screen is hard to implement if the games are streamed onto the console
1. Every Nintendo Console had pretty long battery lifes by now. And even if not, for what power banks exist which everyone uses?

You've listed Nintendo's running strategy. They are ALWAYS late...3DS is still massive, they never innovate, people DO buy on nostalgia....just look to Wii. None of these reasons are really any indicator of how well it will do. They've done well so far with the same model over and over.

Honestly, this is the dumbest video I have seen. Look at the dislikes. 1. Nintendo is doing another Wii, its not late, its here in the right time. 2. Nintendo is by no means trying to match with the PS4/Xbone nor do they want to be compared with them and I feel this is smart. 3. Same old stuff? Do you mean the PS4/Xbox always releasing the same old stuff? 4. There will be a touch screen, remember this will be able to play pokemon go, as well as miitomo. Nintendo did not want to present touch in their first reveal video because they want to move away from any type of comparison with the Wii U, again, smart! 5. Battery life. If it has 3 hour battery life, that is fine with me. Its a full console for god's sake, Zelda, Skyrim (not yet confirmed), etc, on the go!. And bet that you will have a portable charger.
