That 2002 Buccaneers team really may have been the best defense ever, 3 pick sixes against a very high-powered Raiders offense with Jerry Rice on the biggest stage there is, is pretty incredible.

Amazing to see how many times a pick-six emphasized how dominant the champion's Super Bowl win was: Raiders over the Redskins (38-9 -- Who da hell throws a screen pass inside his own 10?), Bears over the Patriots (46-10), Ravens over the Giants (34-7), Buccaneers over the Raiders (three pick-sixes(!) to win 47-21), Seahawks over the Broncos (43-8).

I don't know what's crazier: the fact of the Raiders having so many Super Bowl pick-sixes (both for and against them), there being two instances within 11 years of three straight Super Bowls having a pick six (2000-02 and 2008-10), or the fact that three straight Fox-aired Super Bowls had a pick-six (In fact, when considering last season's Super Bowl, four of Fox's last five Super Bowls have had a defensive touchdown).
