From Married With Children, Season 7 Episode 16, 'Mr. Empty Pants'. Peggy decides to take up a drawing and in so doing, creates a cartoon of Al which becomes famous: the hapless shoe salesman called "Mr. Empty Pants". Al would prefer the fame to be fleeting until another magazine (Playgirl) declares him a sex symbol.
