Bruh, an Administrator does not need every permissions, administrators are basically moderators but with more permissions like ban, and others. Giving an administrator an Administrator permission is dangerius for your server because they can access anything including managing your server.

administrator

Do NOT give admins administor role

Because they could literally delete your server

Give it to an owner role or someone very high up to be trusted
