This only works on limited slip rear end. On a non posi the other tire will turn the other way and the driveshaft will not move. You can do it by blocking the other wheel, but the driveshaft will only turn at half speed so you have to double what ever number the driveshaft turns.

I did figure out my ratio, I did one full turn on my wheel, and counted the spins on my drive shaft, mine are 3:50s I did it twice to make sure!

Well 1987 trans am with a 700 r4 l98 gta assume stock gear was 3.23 but when 60 mph I'm really doing 50 mph I think previous owner may have done 3.73 is that about right
