Age is just a number. Im 60 years young, i still lift weights, attend Muay Thai classes, doing Power Lifting as well. I feel great and have praises from many that i look 40+ and have good physic :)

The thing is he’s been active his entire life, for someone starting later it will be harder and growth won’t reach the peaks Donnie Yen has. But I like the point of not comparing your journey to anyone else’s and I’d like to stay positive enough to say as long as you’re moderately healthy it’s not too late. Even if you are sickly try your best to take care of yourself. This is a lifestyle every human being should embrace for their own wellbeing and mental health. Be the best version of yourself and maybe all things will work out better for you and in turn the ones around you who you’ve set the example for.

You missed out one point. Donnie also has a successful marriage life. If you compare him with Jackie Chan, Donnie wins. His marriage is healthy too. His relationship with his spouse and children is so harmonious. Although he never say much about his family, you can see when he brought his whole familty to ceremonies.
