Welkin basically gives you a pull a day, for 30 days. It's ridiculously good for the price. I'm a low-spender (welkin & BP) and I love supporting the game, and I get basically every character I want.

Invest enough time in a game, and eventually you start paying for stuff in game. For me, it's usually Welkin + Gnostic Hymn(those weapons are good budget options in place of Gacha weapons, and craftables you just weren't lucky enough to get billets for)

Playing genshin without welkins is like burning in hell, fp2 is a nightmare if you want to get 5 stars characters (and i would have probably quit the game without welkins)

I buyed the welkin and with the events plus commissions I got 60 fates in total and I started saving for like 4 weeks so lemme tell u welkin is very good

I just look at the prices of Genesis crystals and compare that since Genesis crystals technically equal 1 primogem. And guess what, Welkin gives you 50$ worth of primos basically for 5$. Definitely a good deal.
