Some personal tips: I don't like thinking about missing days with Welkin. If you're paying money for it, you should give yourself the expectation of reaping ever day's worth of value from it, which is also why I don't like to get more than one at a time. I know sometimes, the pressure to have a daily commitment can be mentally draining over time, and getting up to 209 days means you've made a commitment to yourself to play every day for more than half a year. Taking a break is healthy, and there's nothing stopping you from renewing your Welkin once one expires. That said, if you find that you have purchased one, and feel the need to take a break, don't forget you can just log in to claim the rewards then log out. I always feel like if I log in, I'm obligated to do my dailies and spend resin, so Genshin usually does end up being a 20 minutes a day type thing, but you can also just log in to claim your Welkin in the morning, then log out. If you can, even if you are a PC or Console player, you can download it on your phone just for the accessibility of claiming your Welkin at a time where it's convenient for you.

Tbh logging in for around 5-10 minutes each day just to get the welkin rewards and daily quest (and sometimes an hour or two extra if there's a new event) is worth it. Genshin is not a try hard game where you have to play for hours every single day. Doing dailies and events are enough to get you the primogems needed. The exploration part can be saved when you're on a lot of free time/holidays.

Welkins and battlepass are the only things I buy on genshin now.

Buying Welkins in advance is only worth it if you need the crystals right now (e.g. a skin just came out and you don't have enough). In fact I only did it once, for every other skin I did have enough genesis crystals from just buying Welkins when my current fell below 10 days left.
Both Welkin and BP are the best value for your money, the only disadvantage being that they are time gated and require you to play to draw the whole value. Which is no problem for anyone who still enjoys the game as the time required to do it is rather minimal.

the value in welkin is amazing. 300 genesis crystals + 2700 primogems over 30 days for $5. Considering you log in everyday, it basically amounts to 600 primogems per 1 dollar.
Now if only they apply even half that value to the crystal top-ups...

i absolutely did this when i went to buy ayakas skin, buying just enough for the skin is like the same 30 dollars, but you also get about like 100 pulls over 6months of time which is just astronomical in value even if you don't log in every day

I bought a welkin for nahida rerun and it was worth, I had guaranteed and all I needed was more primos. I wished every time I had enough for 1 and eventually got her but it was stressful 😂

welkin is the only thing I consistently get now (I've been thinking about battle pass but I feel bad for even cashing) - there was once that I bought genesis crystals and it's probably high on my list of regretted purchases (I lost kazuha's 50/50. on the first day of his banner.)

WM is kinda expensive where i live. And I'm too broke to afford it. So i save up play points. It takes like 4-5 months to save up for walkin. Worth the wait. 💥
