The house made no sense before, and now it has great flow. The front yard is weird, but that gives new owners an opportunity to put their own stamp on it. Really nicely done. Not many other buyers would have touched that thing.

How can a house be sold without the buyer being told whether or not the additions were permitted? Does the state just ALLOW that? Everywhere I've lived, state law requires a seller to disclose any issues, and the sale can be voided if the buyer finds disasters the seller tried to ignore or conceal.

when did this take place? the choices of tiles are so dated. The use of colours is dated as well, I would not spend 700K on a house like that.
