I was listening to this tune in the 1999 when I have met my first girlfriend...I was 17, she was 18... Today I am 42, She is 43. She is my wife of 19 years...we have been together 25 years. Still in love to each other like back then...Live done alot to us two.. Happened alot in the mean time... Good and bad things.... But two things are still the same - my Love to my Wife and my Love to this tune... seriously whenever I am down, I am listening to this. It's always takes me back to those teenage times. It's always cheers me up. It's always gonna be with me forever. Best tune ever made. I can listen to it all the time in repeat... If I had to choose a tune to be play on my last trip when I am gone, this would be the one. 100%... Thank You Chicane for this masterpiece. Thank You God for my Wife...

I remember watching the sun disappear behind the moon during a total eclipse at 11.05am on a beach in Cornwall in the UK on the 11th August 1999 . It was magical to watch the birds gathering to roost as they were being fooled into thinking it was dusk. The breeze dropped and the waves were becalmed. At the moment of totality all around and overhead was dark but the far off horizon still glowed. Around me were a thousand revellers on that beach with huge loudspeakers playing Chicanes Saltwater at full volume.... It was a moment of pure magic and joy never to be repeated

Makes me cry and I don't know why. It just does. It's bringing all the best memories from the past. First love, first rain on my face, first kiss, warm wind at night and memory of one girl I met in Puerto Vallarta. I had to go back to my cruise ship to work but otherwise it could be something serious. We only talked but I will never forget that moment. Thanks to that song it all comes back like a pleasent feeling.
