She described it perfectly. I've rolled my ankle so many times. It hurts/shocks you immediately and drops you to the ground. Pain goes away real quickly and just stiffens up. You turn your ankle in clockwise motions and if there is no sharp pains doing that you retape it super tight and you're good to go.
