A few things to add to these tests and my thoughts
1- From what i saw, especially the red part, androids were oversatured and most detail was retained at iphone
2- When it comes to manually adjusting brightness xiaomi:500 nits samsung :350 oneplus:500ish iphone:770, so thats something to think about because there are times where environment will be very bright but you wont be under sunlight which hinders the brightness boost of android phones.
3- When under sunlight s20 takes the cake easily

Mi10 display quite nice actually because its the brightest from all 4. S20+ more vibrance on certain color like blue/red. The OnePlus 8 is 50/50. And iphone xdr retina look great in person but when compares with others its just wayy behind other league 👌

Some people like me watches this comparison test in a lower quality mobile screen which doesn't show the actual colors captured by you in the video. So i cant judge which one is true to life because my phone display doesn't reproduce them here. We have to watch it in a high color accuracy monitor to see the actual difference.
