Its going to rain in 2 days. Outside temp is mid 70s right now. Do I need to use wet patch or can I use the regular rubberized roof cement?

I don't now why everybody uses Henry's, when black jack is far superior, maybe because Home Depot only carries Henrys. Try applying Henrys to a wet surface with a dry putty knife, it will not stick to the wet surface, whereas Black Jack will displace the water and stick even in the rain-I've done it.
