Hi Toby. Great demo and explanation! Long story short: I had low back pain for over 25 years and no doctor or specialist could find the prob. It was chronic and had to live with it, they said. So I decided I will start a detailed investigation into the body myself. I started goin barefoot and bought my 1st pair of Vibram 5finger shoes. I saw u had 5finger shoes in the vid as well. By walkin with these shoes I noticed things change inside the body. 1st I thought I was loosening up muscles but the stuff I was loosening up didnt end at the end of the muscle but it went on to a next muscle. Then I knew, it were no muscles but something else. Thats how I found the elasticity myself. I kept on loosening and loosening and now after 3+ years I can say, the bodies elasticity is fully restored again. Low back pain/prob is completely gone/solved! During elasticity training I noticed that my low back prob/pain was caused by playin soccer. Soccer have many different force impacts on the shooting leg and therefore completely mess up the elasticity of the front: obliques, iliopsoas, adductors, tibialis posterior. Elasticity wise this r all muscles that r part of the elasticity-core of the body, the deep front line. This is a tough job to correct this bec of its deepness. The good thing is: no matter how bad your bodies elasticity is atm, it can always b fully corrected to perfection again by proper training and age is unimportant. Bec of the mess in the fascia by soccer, I had a leg discrepancy from 1, 5cm, This difference is also gone. Conclusion of the story: The best way to get perfect body/elasticity again is 5finger shoes! What ya can and should do is something like this: At home, go barefoot and start moving/walking slower as usual. In 1 hour, ya can do, 15min 2 barefeet, then 15min left 5fingershoe, right barefoot, then 15min left barefoot, right 5fingershoe and finally 15min 2 5fingershoes. All different combinations possible in 1 hour. By this constant changing and varying, the elasticity/fascia is forced to adjust constantly. Have u ever tried this yourself? and How did u find your elasticity inside?
