This was another one of my favorite bits. Seeing the school-famous bad boy change a diaper and take care of a baby was so refreshing at the time. Brings real meaning to not judging the book by its cover.

Possibly the best one-off character from The Rugrats. I really wished Ramone/The Dude could have return in The Rugrats All Grown Up. Too bad he is underrated to the point of forgettable.

Since Ramone did mentioned he has a brother same age as Tommy, really wished that Ramone's little brother should have appear in All Grown Up. He would have been a new addition to Tommy's gang.

Ramon is such a Chad, like he's shown to be the "typical Cool kid" that shows up near the end of class only to casually change Tommy's Diaper like it's nothing, and it's all cause he's got a lil baby bro of his own.
There's something so cool about seeing what one would typically think of as a "Cool hard core" character being genuinely sweet that's just plain awesome
