If you have the YouTube Studio app on your phone you can also just add the 3 hashtags at the very bottom of your description list because they become the hashtags above the tile of your video. Choose those three wisely because it can help people find your video based on the subject of your video.

Thanks for the info. It helped me find how to add tags AFTER you've already posted. Most tutorials do not show this. So, I went to my video on the YouTube Studio home page, clicked on Edit Video (now you are on the Video Details page), from there I scrolled to the bottom and clicked on Show More and THERE WERE THE TAG OPTIONS! HALLELUJAH!

GAH, finally! Short and to the point! I don't upload often but it drove me crazy doing it through the "bulk edit" feature. I upload most of the time straight from my PS4 so I can't edit the tags as easily through them. (I still can, but it's a pain.) Thank you for this video!
