Championing Change

As project managers, we are a key element to the success rate & adoption of our projects. There are varying levels of organizational change management & leadership support when it comes to ensuring change is successfully implemented across an organization. I will provide an overview of setting a vision & leading change as authored by John Kotter in his book “Leading Change” & help explain how his framework ties into our roles as project managers.
