Scales of Justice : Nairobi County Assembly risks being removed from impeachment case

Nairobi County Assembly risks being removed from the case challenging the impeachment of Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi for failing to comply with the court orders barring her removal from office. Employment and Labour Relations Judge Stephen Radido extended the orders allowing Elachi to remain in office and directed the county assembly to act in accordance with the orders or be stricken out of the case.
