Scales of Justice : Elachi sues Nairobi County Assembly

Embattled Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi has sued the Nairobi County Assembly for contempt of court. In a suit filed before the High Court, Elachi argues that Nairobi County Assembly Members ousted her despite a court order barring her removal from office. Ben Chumba reports.
