That passive is actually kinda cool. Just make it so that the minion kills give you execute on minions (up to a cap) and champion kills give you execute against champions(up to a cap). You can even make it so that the execute only works during r but is a bit bigger. Then your r is the true disintegration ray, but you need to work to get it.

Passive is like black desert. The more you kill the more you know about a certain type of mob. I would take that instead of true dmg on 3 stacks. But the execute only working with ult or q or only one ability like aurelion sol e.

Also don't forget the 2 second dash with a 15% max hp shield that resets everytime you proc your passive, and ult does max% hp true damage which scales with the amount of times you procced your passive

Riot designs, not even recently, in the past 10 years, have been recycling the same ideas with barely any unique features. Because everything has to fit "the meta".

Passive is just asol, Q is hwei EW. That E looks like rubic from dota 2, and combine that with other velkoz's original abilities, it kinda worked. Imagine that is the first cc that cant be countered by tenacity.

give it a death ray that goes over the full map and last for 40 min that seems fair but make the cooldown 10 sec and hitting an enemy resets it

That rising platform made me think what if you caught two people, one from each team on it, and they just had to fight it out until 1 dies. Would be maybe too crazy but after recent champions idk anymore so a new champ with an ult that can select one teammate, and 1 enemy and make them duke it out without interruption in the middle of a teamfight would be kinda cool.
