Some people can't handle sharp talk in any form or just aren't in the mood to communicate with others. "/mute all" lets those people enjoy the game.
Just to be clear, I'm not one of those people.

I win more games with mute all than without. But I only mute all when I see chatting that's not useful. I mute because it takes away a tiny bit of attention span for no real info. I could have been looking at map or using F keys during that second I use to look at people flaming each other. Then I might actually see who used flashes or ulti.

People who only use chat for giving info, you are the GOAT and I will never mute you!

Can u blame ppl who disable chat? Majority of your teammates aren't Azzap, they are fking flamers who won't ever leave a sign of an intelligent life form in the chat

Chat disabler here. Chat is distraction, communicate only with pings.
During the game it's too late to teach other players, and in my experience they resent constructive advice.
