I think a cylinder with a "D" cross section that in normal postition is flat and level but when radar sensor detects speeding vehicle? The cylinder flips/rotates micro seconds before rear tires hit jarring the CRAP out of the speeder who can not possibly time it same general idea as video but the cylinder version I think would be cheaper and more reliable with less of a potentially rtire cutting sharp edge...hey infact? Instead of one big D cylinder? A whole bed of little ones? Instant WASHBOARD that will rattle the teeth out of any speeders!

Who is responsable if the car get a serious damage in the frame and for example 100m after the car doesnt brake when somebody run over the street . Things can happenns in the cars body only becuase the driver missed with a few kilometrers more
