hey guys! today's video is going to be me giving you guys 10 tips for dealing with your period while you are AT SCHOOL! since we are all going back to school pretty soon (how is summer break already over 😭😭), i thought it would be the perfect time to make this video... watch for advice on avoiding leaking, dealing with changing your pad, hiding your period products, dealing with period pain at school, and there is also a demo of how to make an emergency pad with ONLY TOILET PAPER!

I completely agree with wearing an overnight pad to school on the days that are heavy. I wear overnight pads to school and it just builds that extra comfort knowing your secure and you don't have to go to the bathroom every hour to check if you've leaked or if your pad needs to be changed, that way you can get schoolwork done and not have to stress about it as much.

Using overnight pads for school is such a relief for me. I don’t have to constantly worry about leaking and going to the bathroom 🤞🏼

Don’t worry about opening pads in the bathroom. Honestly it’s not even that bad. The bathroom is always full during lunch/break so there’s a lot of noise anyway. Nobody will care, everyone in the bathroom has a period too. :)

I got my period in 5th grade, and I suggest you always keep a dark coloured sweater in your locker or backpack so you could wrap it around your waist if you leak. :)
