In today's Online Assessment Centre (for Police Recruit candidates) interactive webinar (see link below) we practised interview questions where 3 BIG Themes emerged.

The group I am working with has been working really hard to prepare, but for today I wanted them to take uncomfortable and imperfect action, to try out the answers they were least confident with!

The place to make mistakes is with me! Not on the day of your assessment!
