I get all these. I was diagnosed with sjogrens' in 2004 plus I had fibromyalgia.

I definitely have lightning type pains along with some numbness and even feelings of water dropping on my skin! I have been tested for everything and the only thing they come up with so far is small fiber neuropathy. I went to a functional neurologist recently and I am under care of him and he said that I have a overstimulated autonomic nervous system. My Ana is 1:80. I also wake up during the night in a weird state and it’s like I don’t sleep at that real deep sleep. My vertigo comes and goes as well.

Is it typical for certain diseases or any can cause these symptoms, and what’s typically best approach and treatment? Seems to me that meds and supplements make it worse.

I think my worst symptom is severe brain fog. There are plenty of others

Lack of saliva makes teeth drop out, dry sockets, lips peeling and bleeding. Headaches. Clouds of dry skin when taking off clothes, can’t sleep all night then need to sleep all morning, Fibro fog. In pain connected to Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, etc aka Pots. Sjogren’s Syndrome can lead to other conditions eg Lupus etc.
