People overlook the fact that learning is a skill.. If you commit to learning a new skill, the first skill should be learning!!

Someone once said ― “The only freedom you truly have is in your mind, so use it.” The more I experience life, the more I find this to be true.

I could feel the neurons in my mind engage as I imagined speaking a different language. I've been wanting to learn Japanese for years, think it's time I embraced this.

Use your laptop/desktop with your non-dominant hand.
I edit chess videos with my right hand. But then it got sore.
Then I had to learn to edit with my left hand. Now, I can edit with both hands.

This is more useful than brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand

I came to this video because I just played chess for the first time today, and have always enjoyed puzzles and games since an early age. It made me want to get back to the joys of learning as I had when I was a child, before adulthood got in the way.

Well, I have been learning English on my own for quite sometime now. Although, it has been inconsistent I would say that I have improved a lot. And I completely agree with what you said regarding the benefits of learning a language.

Thank you so much for this.
My husband and I are planning to have activities to enhance our brain. We are thinking--chess, puzzles, & learning new language.

Good luck to us! 🤨🤣🥰

As an Indian student I can speak 3 languages, this is a very good thing for me, and as a CSE student I also learnt some computer programming languages

I found GREAT value in this video. Thank you a lot. I'd love to see more of this kind of videos of how to optimize your functions as a human being, be it brain or physiological functions. Thank you again and I appreciate your effort. Your channel is one of the best (most informative and useful) in YouTube. I subscribed to this channel since you had only 2-3 videos, because I instantly saw the value and potential of this channel from the beginning. (this alone says a lot and can be even used as an information to a video, of how to make a good start and be more preferred than others)
I've learned a lot from your videos. I take them as online educational courses, because I think that these kinds of things are what are indeed missing from our educational systems today so as students can acquire really useful tools to confront life and thrive. These are the things that I wish I had learned in school and feel like I am forming my own school today in my late 20s reading personal development books and watching channels like yours.
Cheers again and keep up with the quality work.

Thank you! I think learning a musical instrument should be included, but these tips are still helpful nonetheless!
