14:58 Once my best friend was watching a little girl at her house. The little girl was asleep on her back on my friends couch. My friend goes to use the bathroom and I sit at the foot of the same couch the girl is on. I got there after the girl had already fallen asleep. So, there I am just sitting there in silence waiting for friend to come back & this little girl shoots straight up into a sitting position mind u without using her arms to hold her weight. Then immediately forces her head to slam back as she lays back down them immediately sits back up, lays back down, sits back up so fast. Again NOT USING HER ARMS. I shot up ran to the bathroom and screaming for my friend. We ended up calling the mom & she said, “ oh, yeah she does that” WTF a warning would have been nice. Like, Hey by the way my daughter turns into Ragen from the Exorcist when she is sleeping”

About a year ago i startec to experience sleep paralysis, i had it when i was in my early 20s..i thought it was because i smoked weed a drank beers. But now im 42 it happened last year and it was terrifying, i didnt see anything like demons or black shadow people but i felt an overwhelming feeling of dread and hopelessness and just a dark depressing feeling..i read about sleep paralysis and its mostly bought on due to stimulants like coffee, medications alcohol and suger, i noticed it only happened when i was laying on my back in bed..now im going through a phase where i have lucid/vivid dreaming..i had a dream and i was fully aware i was dreaming, i could walk where i wanted to and do almost anything i wanted but after what felt like weeks i got scared because i thought i died and this is my heaven or hell.

these calm down my anxiety, in a weird way im glad its a junky or a mentally ill person at the end. Cults, ghosts, aliens shit like that trigger my anxiety
