I'm in my 60s and relieved to say that I don't have those regrets. I was lucky to have been able to learn many of these life lessons from my grandparents.

According to psychologists, 3 things make people happy
1. Close intimate relationships
2. True achievements and
3. Helping others
Sadly, many people choose to ignore these despite knowing better.
I'd also add treasured memories to the list as they are the only things we can keep forever.

Videos like this don't motivate me. It just causes anxiety. Because I don't want to have any regrets. But the mind changes over time so I don't know what I will be like when my time comes. Videos like this just adds more stress and pressure to an already stressful and pressure filed life.

I have 1 major regret in my life, not telling the girl I loved that I loved her and watch her slip away from me. Honestly after that I've had a more do it now or not at all attitude, and this video has helped me realise that I should have asked her sooner. But, although I probably shouldn't be happy about the fact that she's single now I've worked up the courage to tell her how I feel. :))

The regret of not taking care of yourself isn’t something that I have (even though I am 23 years old). The reason why I don’t have that regret is because ever since I was born, I’ve faced medical challenges, particularly cerebral palsy. Since I had a brain injury before I was born, I have always known that taking good care of myself and helping others was an absolute essential for my well being. When you are growing up with a disability, it really changes your perspective.

#7: not trying a new career out of fear or complacency is definitely something I have heard from many older people!! They wish they had not tied up their identity so much in their job and instead explored other more fulfilling options out there. They say that they never "scratched that curiosity" and it bothered them from their 30's-80's. But they say it's never too late to try something new 🌟🌟🌟

The current generation's main regret will be spending too much time on the internet, wishing we used our youthful years enjoying them to the fullest. Mark my words

I love the Genshin Impact references! BTW, I have learned a lot of life lessons, including setting boundaries. Sometimes being nice becomes too much and you start resenting the people you're nice to. That's why boundaries are very important.

*One thing I always worry about is being stuck in the past. I tend to let the past get the best of me sometimes to the point where I get depressed. I wish I can continue and always have that “it is what it is” type of mindset*

I can assure you that the second one isn't going to happen. As a member of an estranged family, it is difficult to forgive someone who sells you as a pleasure slave. There are just some things that cannot be forgotten. There are some cracks that cannot be sealed up.

If you guys knew how much this channel changed me. I started off as a happy person and then became a depressed person with anxiety. But ever since i have discovered you guys, i have started to accept my flaws and accept who i am. What can i lose when i talk to my crush? Nothing, thats the answer. I accepted my flaws and anxiety, i watched most videos on this channel and i'm much happier now. I have talked with my loved one about my flaws and everything, speaking your soul out really makes someone a happier person, the past happened and you can't change it just look forward because whereever you are, there is always the end of the tunnel right ahead of you in every sad situation. Thank you for improving my life, Phych2Go <3

The regret that hit me the most is the last part. Not being true to how I truly feel/felt. Dwelling too much on the PAST. Being aggressive about it. I am suffering. My ppl pleasing Andi Baysa. I regret doing this. It gave me stiff neck. Pretending Ive moved on and that I'm ok. Avoiding confrontation. I realized, this ppl pleasing self result to me being stressed, growimg pimples, not comfy w/ myself. not taking care of myself and overthinking. Not socializing enough. And I blame other peeps for not exposing me when I was pushing them away. I blame them for all of what Ive gone thru. I spend time being in my room. Not going out. Thinking NEGATIVE!!! I GIVE AWAY MY POWER TO PPL TO FEEL HOW I SHOULD FEEL. I DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND OTHER PEEPS DO IT FOR ME. I DON'T SOCIALIZE UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE. MY BIGGEST REGRET/MAHAY. I DON'T SHOW MY REALEST SELF. I AM HIDING WHO I AM. I DON'T OWN MY FEELINGS. I expect alot from ppl pero mas sa akin. I end up getting drained/stressed/burned out. I care alot.
