Pineapple Tart/Easy Pineapple Tart

♡Pineapple tart♡
(this recipe makes 70 tarts)
250g salted butter
20g icing sugar
1 large egg
40g milk powder
350g top flour / plain flour
30g corn flour

500g pineapple paste
I like Poon Huat Redman premium pineapple paste / Ailin Sarawak pineapple paste.

♡Egg wash♡
1 egg yolk
1 tsp water

Bake at preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25mins or till golden brown depending on your oven. Watch your first batch and time them.

Each pineapple paste weigh 7g
Each tart dough weigh 10g

Tips
1. Use very good butter (I'm using golden churn butter).
2. Milk powder is important to add fragrance to the cookie.
3. Do not overmixed the flour.
