is the app going to even work on my computer? don’t i have to log in or enter an activation code? *the app is going to work on your mac, you do not need to enter an activation code*

will i lose out on any functionality? *no, the version of final cut pro from the apple store is the full version*

airdrop’s not working, what do i do? *open up a private window, log into your cloud storage, put the app into a zip file on the apple store mac, drag the zip into your cloud storage, wait for it to upload*

will i get updates? *sadly, you will not get updates for final cut pro from the app store, but you will get video supplement updates inside of system settjngs*

Bro they have app store for a reason and that is to verify each app ownership, it will check if you have actually purchased the app or not, by using airdrop you can transfer the app but cant use it
