I think this is exactly what im doing. I sometimes ask myself: does it really hurt that bad? Im expecting it then I magnify it. Long term burning calfs feet. Numbness too.

I get stuck in feeling angry after my partner has verbally abused me but I have more important things to do but I become numb and emotional and even get a pain in my head and if it is just before sleep I can't sleep.I realise that this is probably his problem the reason why he is abusing me but he just I am also not sure if I am giving him that power and he doesn't seem to really care about me.I am confused.But I don't think he will stop if I don't react but try harder.So it is up to me to not take offence and take it so seriously and to maybe value myself for who I am not who he thinks I am.Iam sorry if I am not getting this correctly I will listen again but can you coach me but I haven't got a lot of money.
