That move surprisingly works great against Dee Jay, Juri, and the DI that use legs like Chun Li, Guile, Juri, and Cammy. It's just hard to land and know which kick works with it and against it

Tundra Storm is literally only good against certain DIs because it can be reacted to. Which I think is only optimal if you're in burnout

Gosh! The risk/reward off this move is unfavorable for Zangief, but when it works, it's satisfying considering how situational it is.

I mean, it is situationally good. It works for DI and serves as a different punish, especially if you're in Burnout so you can't DI or parry react.
