Tundra Storm is so good when you're in burnout.

Many opponents go for punches when they are desperate and want to go with safer pokes. Kicks are more likely when the upper hand is gained and the gap is intended to be closed sooner.

This is where a powerful move like Tundra Storm comes in handy. With the right conditioning, it's one of Gief's best burnout options.
