In the military we use the term "Double Dragon" for the fire coming out both ends, but "Vomarhea" has definitely become my new term of choice.

Both my parents grew up in food service. Both my grandmothers worked in restaurants and my dad was a chef and caterer on the side for years. We have good food safety practices at home. When we went to certain family functions my Dad would tell me what i could eat. Didn't learn until I was older that he was helping me stay clear of the relatives whose cooking could be dangerous. 🤣
