I never had any guidance in life. 33 and still struggling to have the right mind set. Watching these videos every day as a part of meditation is helping me to break free. Listening to quotes from famous philosophers is helping. Working out everyday is helping. Eating more raw clean foods is helping. Eating high protein low carb diet is giving me less tiredness to help me continue to wake up early for my meditations. I hope this routine will help who ever reads this.

I lost myself and I lost my smile... Now I'm listening and I try to find myself again... No matter if my love of my life is gone and I feel alone and sadly... I feel down but I wanna change this... I'm trying to be strong and to keep going cause I truly believe that the best is yet to come for me... Now I'm thinking that I have to take just a little small step for changing myself and to go on. Thinking positive is a process. It's something you will have to learn to do. And if you are one of those who are/were not used to it, you will fail now and then, going back to old habits of negative thoughts. But don't blame yourself for doing that. Just start over again with your positive affirmations.

Thinking positive and saying positive things to myself (in a calm and gentle manner) is the only thing that have helped me being more positive and helped me from mildly depression before it gets deeper. And it really do helps. That and mindfullness/meditation. And you don't have to believe your positive words, you don't have to get an immediate reaction, but just say it anyway, because when you say it, it grows inside you subconsciously.
