I can't use my brand new NOMOS Metro watch

My brand new NOMOS Metro popped out of my wrist 30 minutes after buying it. I discovered a real design flaw on their lugs / strap system.
I'm sure Nomos will take care of this but I'm still waiting.
UPDATE. After sending tons of emails, they didn't care to answer or to look behind this problem. Big fail Nomos customer service.

I have a Silvercut Metro, and it doesn't do that. Somehow, You've gotten the wrong strap or the wrong springbars.

Looks like the wrong strap - hence the incorrect lug width. The Metro has a rounded strap end, not pointed. If you bought new, your dealer has made a mistake or Nomos shipped the incorrect strap - in either case your dealer should be able to sort this out for you. If you bought this on the grey market or second hand, then unfortunately you’ve been had.

It’s most likely due to the shell cordovan leather used in their straps which makes them very durable and sturdy. This is acting sort of like a spring bar tool in itself. If you really like the watch, just cut out the small bead of the quick changer and you should be good to go.

funny because my metro's strap was unusually difficult to remove. Switched out the spring bars and now its fine

That's why I don't like quickchange bars. Switch them for regular ones.
