Lake Leitisvatn | Attraction

Lake Leitisvatn is the most impressive freshwater lake in the Faroe Islands. When standing at the Trælanípa cliff next to the waterfront, the lake looks as if it is floating above sea level. This is why the lake is also names The Lake Above the Ocean.
