Maintaining PVC Hygienic Wall Cladding

Initial cleaning is required as the panel may have a static build-up, and any dust in the atmosphere will adhere to the surface of the panel once the film is removed from the sheet. Pressure hosing can be and often is a common cleaning requirement in areas where PVC cladding is and this is no problem.

It is recommended that hygienic cladding is cleaned regularly. Use diluted soap or detergent solution.
Temperature should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
To reduce the build-up of static, cleaning the panels with an anti-static solution is recommended.

Pressure cleaning with hot water may be used with the pressure nozzle a minimum of 600 mm, 2 feet, away from the surface.
