Don`t spread misinformation, Orania is a privately owned land in South Africa. It is under control of South African laws. They use South African money, but for safety they use tokens for exchange. We have Basutoland, we have Zulu land why not let Afrikaner have peace of land to practice their culture. This was one of the most ignorant videos I saw about Orania so far. First of all, Orania is part of South Africa and it abides by South Africa's laws, it isn't a independent state like you are calling it. It also isn't a white only town, it is a Afrikaner/Boer only town, you won't find any British South Africans living there. The residents of Orania pays tax to the South African government just like any other South African. Also Orania is private property so they can do whatever they want as long as they abide by South Africa's laws. About 3000 people live in Orania, that is literally a micro water droplet of South Africa's population, so why should black South Africans worry about this? And lastly, have you asked yourself why the town of Orania was created? It is because Afrikaner/Boer people are tired of the ANC's failures and want to preserve their culture for future generations.
