I got a feeling you're gonna be a great dad! An encouraging word: Im a new dad and was really struggling with having to sacrifice my "outdoor rec" time to be a father. Turns out being a dad is what brought me to disc golf! Our son is 1.5 years old and the only activity I can take him along to do is disc golf and he loves it! I have also had a very fast progression because I can bring him with me since Im currently a stay at home dad. Hey Anthony, my dad and I are huge fans and I know this may be a stretch and a long shot. But there’s this B tier tournament in April at this course called Faylor Lake. Simon has played there and I live like 40 mins from it so I tried it and it’s my fav course I’ve played at. I know you said about practicing before playing in May and this might be a good practice. I’d love to meet you too if you come up this way at all

I think you can reach your goal this year. Your putting is def key and an important strength. My throwing advice is to spend a lot of time working on nose angle. You throw a lot of shots too high and nose-up. You fix this and you will cash! My 2 cents. Def rooting for you!!!

I understand your "vanlife sucks"', I wouldn't have done it either (for so long), but I've been living on the road for 2 years now and still going, but on a 44ft 5th Wheel Toy Hauler (home office in the garage) and I can tell you, it's not "vanlife anymore". Hope to meet you somehow when we get close to Denver, you are an inspiration for a 7 month DG player like me ;)
