As a fellow dedicated Noelle main, this build bangs hard. Sure, it can't effectively use her C2, but at least their swings finna hit really hard.

My support Noelle who I don’t use is 75/150 with whiteblind. And yes husk…I don’t know why I got this cracked of a set when I only wanted a 2 piece bc I shat my pants when they announced a 2 piece def set as I did use a defenders will Noelle at the time. Then it just rolled to “might as well go for 4 piece bc I can’t be bothered doing viridescent anymore” and yes I never intend to get Itto. And my Noelle is c1
Edit: I do kinda want Itto it’s just that I don’t have any of his supports and there are characters I want more such as Kazoo boy

My Noelle is cr:71 and cd:155 with a serpent spine claymore. I think that’s quite good for a super low spender

I got 1877 def, 66, 8 criti rate, 254 % criti damage, 140, 8 energy recharge and that's on RETRACING BOLIDE. 3 crown ofc. I AM the real OG most dedicated Noelle player.

just saying, thorn ring+devilstail+Royal pin is the theoretically best noelle build. because of the then it because of the extra graze area with a +2 of attack, defence and +4 magic. the thorn ring also grants a wopping plus 14 attack and +12 magic, and it unlocks the snowgrave move.

My Noelle 30/190 rate dmg ratio 3500 def 1100 atk with same weapon as this short passive works awsome
