Surface Laptop 4 Review - So Much Better!

I bought the Surface Laptop 4 and I was a former Dell user. My purpose of a computer was to go on the internet, use Word, Excel, and check emails. For this purpose, this computer is great. I love the keyboard and the work flow. I got the 15" screen with 8 gigs of ram. It works great and I was recently able to upgrade to Windows 11 and there are no issues. Highly recommend it.

I am so happy with my surface laptop 13' from last year. Amazing keyboard, I am a researcher and just need the WSL mainly and windows is just kicking ass at it. Never regretted investing in this laptop even once.

Top candidate for when my XPS 15 eventually gives out. That might be quite a few more years though. I hope MS removes the bezels by then, and that intel and/or amd has done something to catch up to the M1 as well.

Hey man thanks so much for this vid. Really informative and enjoyable. There is just one question left: How warm does the laptop get on the back under full load with the charger plugged in compared to the previous version? Cause the last version got way too hot when plugged in

Thanks for the comprehensive review Matthew! I've been thinking of switching to windows from years of using macbook and I couldn't consider SL3. I can without a doubt consider this now, a 15" fully loaded model for my workflow which is mostly PS and LR.
I hope microsoft will stop giving updates while shutting down a PC 🙏🏼

I am looking at the Surface after comparing Dell, Asus, and Lenova . I like the clean look ( no stickers) and aspect ratio. Was this the aspect ratio used in the early 2000's before laptops went wide screen? The only cons I see is the lack of IO ports and memory and hard drive size is low for comparable priced other brands in this price range.
