What are SERVLETS?

What are servlets? And what does this have to do with my Spring Boot web application?

If you're using Spring MVC or just about any other web-based technology with Java, you are probably using servlets? What exactly does this mean? Is this important for Spring Boot 3?

Hi, honestly your video was not useful for what I need right now, but I didn't want to leave without making a suggestion that can help you improve your videos. I found the camera changes to be very distracting and besides that they are not random which makes the situation worse. I think it would be preferable if you just keep a frontal view of your face and just talk, I think you have a good voice. Another alternative I can suggest is to insert images that complement what you are saying with your voice-over. I hope you have success in your channel and from now on you only have to persist and improve, I wish you luck!

Servlets are dynamic, we can add and remove them on to the server to do something or to perform a task

The camera changes help me stay more attentive to the explanation, like a slap from time to time, I suggest you continue using them. If the views were static I would get bored and probably give up the video.
I congratulate you for how well you explain and the effort you put into doing it.

Over engineering is a real problem in Java Enterprise, that is why people left Java space for Rails, Django etc and later one Node, Go etc.

I think Quarkus is a better modern alternative for java, instead the tower of abstraction (slow) of Spring.

You need to realize when hiding the web layer so deep down you get many problems and slow running services and high memory usage.
